Our work together involves bridging the gap of communication and understanding between you and your partner. Through this process, greater feelings of intimacy, love, and passion are able to take root and drive you and your partner toward the satisfying relationship you deserve.

Families

Some families come to therapy having already labeled some individuals as the “problem child” or the “absent parent” etc. In our sessions, I do not treat or try to cure any one individual family member. Rather, I treat the family as one unit and view the family as my client. In treating the family as a whole, I can help your family uncover the patterns that contribute to the symptoms of your child misbehaving or your spouse withdrawing. This process allows your family to make positive changes in the way your family functions and relates to one another. 

Sport Psychotherapy 

Being a life-long athlete and spectator of sports, I have a special area of focus in sport psychotherapy. I work with:

-       enhancing performance

-       adjusting to lower levels of performance

-       coping with pressures of competition

-       managing relationship / sport balance

-       motivation

-       recovering from injuries

-       promotion of self-esteem
